Friend of art, we need your help! For 15 years, the Pocahontas County Artisan Co-op has promoted the work of local artists and craftspeople to tourists and community members alike. Your donation will help us continue our mission to “Keep Art Alive” in our rural West Virginia County.

The Co-op is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization incorporated in 2009 with nine members. Today we empower more than 40 juried artists and craftspeople to pursue their passions by providing two venues for the display and sale of their creations: 4th Avenue Gallery located in the renovated C&O Railroad Depot in Marlinton, and The Shops at Leatherbark Ford located adjacent to the Depot at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park.

Donations of any amount are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. Gold ($150-$249 annually) and Platinum ($250-up annually) donors will be acknowledged here. Donors at all levels will be invited to our annual December Friends of Art Open House at 4th Avenue Gallery.

If you’re interested in becoming a member of our organization, contact us. We need people who have energy for the arts!

Thank you for your contribution to “Keep Art Alive” in Pocahontas County.
