Kimberly Dilts and J.T. Arbogast are writer-producers and co-founders of Scrappy Cat Productions. Via their Film Ignite shingle, Kim and J.T. also consult with filmmakers, bands, authors and brands on DIY producing, digital strategy and content, and grassroots distribution.

Prior to their current work, J.T. served as the VP of Digital Strategy at 10th Street Entertainment, working with artists such as Mötley Crüe and Five Finger Death Punch and spent four years as the Associate Director of the critically acclaimed National Comedy Theatre in NY and as lead facilitator for its improv-comedy based corporate training program.

Kim's former work includes producing and directing Off-Broadway and on tour, and serving as the Director of Operations for the Haitian Education and Leadership Program.

Kim and J.T. met while pursuing their MFAs at the University of Texas at Austin and now live in Los Angeles with their two cats Howard and Claude.

Among all that Pocahontas has to offer, its heart is family and community. Thus the stage is set for Angel's Perch, brought to us by local filmmakers JT Arbogast and Kim Dilts. Set in the historic logging town of Cass, WV, Angel's Perch is a heartfelt story that examines the delicate relationship between past and present, memory and loss. No home movie collection is complete without a copy.

Julia Elbon - Children's Books

Julia is a true Mountain State native, born, reared and educated in West Virginia. As a girl growing up in Pocahontas County, Julia read under a hickory tree in the pasture of her family homestead. Her children and grandchildren have read there, too, even calling it "The Reading Tree." The lively imaginations of her children and grandchildren are inspiration for The Switchback Stories.
